Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is Guilty

After the trial of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the jury found him guilty on 30 different accounts. Dzhokhar was part of the Boston Bombing in the 2013 Boston Marathon along with his brother. After the bombing the two of them were on the run and got into a gunfight with the police. His brother was shot and killed and he was severely injured and captured. This attack was the worst terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11. There is no doubt that he will serve the rest of his life in prison but the prosecution is wanting the death penalty because he committed a heinous crime with no remorse shortly after becoming a U.S. citizen. The defense's job is just to keep him off death row and they are saying that he was only 19 and didn't know what he was doing and his brother forced and manipulated him into doing it. It is looking like the punishment will be the death penalty and survivors of the attack are glad it is.
